Kotaku VS Activision

A new lawsuit against Activision completed a few days ago and obtained by Kotaku accuses publisher of secret interrogations at Infinity Ward.
The publisher is also accused of "save" 54 million dollars belonging to the team responsible for creating Modern Warfare 2 for forcing them to make the third game of the series, Modern Warfare 3.
According to the lawsuit, the company paid 40 percent of bonuses for Modern Warfare 2 for the team, but kept the rest for Infinity Ward to require the production of Modern Warfare 3 by November 2011. Only after the release of the game is that the rest of the money would be paid.
To increase the scandal it was reported that during the dismissal of West and Zampella, Activision has forced officials at Infinity Ward to submit to secret interrogations and told them not to tell anyone about them. A private security firm was hired to protect the output of the offices.
Finally, the process is said that Activision had not fired and West Zampella, withheld the bonuses and created a hostile workplace, employees would have been in production.
