Assassin's Creed as big as GTA

The commercial and critical success of Grand Theft Auto, it is desirable for many software houses, and publishers of this little world. Including, of course Ubisoft.
One of the biggest success stories in the franchise is certainly Ubisoft Assassin's Creed, and according to Murray Pannell, head of marketing at Ubisoft UK, speaking to Eurogamer, the series could be as big as Grand Theft Auto.
Pannell said when asked whether the series will be as great as GTA, "To be honest, I do not know if we got there already. But I see no reason not to get there in the near future. It's all a matter of longevity and create products decent, well marketed, and get a name. "
Murray Pannell adds, "I think with the success of Assassin's two now have an opportunity to put us as one of the big blockbusters AAA. We are as big as Grand Theft Auto and Halo and things of that nature? Perhaps we are not. But I think we are now prepared exclusively as a property, as a franchise, and indeed ourselves as a must-have game when we launch a game of Assassin's Creed franchise. "
This year we have a new game franchise, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, but according to Ubisoft, there will be no Assassin's Creed in 2011, so the series can rest.

The first details of Assassin's Creed 3

The first details of Assassin's Creed 3 were revealed by Jean-Francois Boivin, production manager in the series.
Boivin commented Gamerzines with an event in London that Assassin's 3 will have a new hero and a new scenario.
"Assassin's Creed 3: new scenario, new hero.'s How it works" said Boivin.
"We know what we are doing, we have a plan for a long time toward this license."
Details are few, but at least we know we say goodbye to Ezio in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
Assassin's Creed should arrive in March 2012, Ubisoft said it will take a break in the series in 2011.

Ubisoft predicts that a 3D television  in all homes in three years.
"We're big fans of 3D. We were the first publisher to create a proper 3D game with Avatar the last year. He was ahead of its time in many ways because the technology was in its infancy and you could not buy a 3D TV," said Murray Pannell, head of marketing in the United Kingdom, Eurogamer.net.
"Actually I think it is a technology that is coming. We can not ignore it. It's starting slowly this year. But as the HDTV, would not exclude the fact that this will be installed in the living room of everyone within three years.
Apart from Sony, Ubisoft is a company that will also invest in 3D.
"We are showing Shaun White Skateboarding in 3D. We showed the Avatar. We have other games with 3D functionality incorporated. It's coming. But it will not happen this year."
Certainly in three years the price of 3D TVs will be more accessible, but it is unlikely that everyone adhere to this new technology.
