Facebook will have "safety button" for teens

After three months of negotiations, the social networking site Facebook has agreed to adopt a program that aims to improve online safety for its younger users. This new "safety button" - also known as "panic button" - allow young people reporting suspicious behavior or inappropriate advances to Reuters.

This application is a victory for the British Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), which has long demanded such a measure, in order to avoid cases such as what recently happened to Ashleigh Hall.
